"Support came through quickly"
I ran into a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support to see what could be done. They got back to me quickly, understood the situation, and fixed it without turning it into a hassle. Based on that experience, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Helpful support, but a little disappointing I needed it"
I had a small issue getting my new PC parts set up and ended up messaging sigma-computer.com support. i was a bit disappointed that I ran into trouble in the first place, especially since I was excited to just get everything running.
That said, their support replied faster than I expected and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking basic questions. The guy explained things in a simple way and stuck around until it was working, so I do have to give them credit for that.

"I’d say it’s decent for the price..."
I’d say it’s decent for the price, but... not exactly amazing. It worked fine right out of the box, and nothing was broken, so that’s a plus. Some parts do feel a little cheap though, which was kind of disappointing. Overall, it’s not bad, just average...

I ordered from sigma-computer.com and the payment went through without any trouble. My card was accepted right away, and I got the confirmation email quickly. There weren’t any strange errors or double charges, which was a relief. Still, after paying, I felt a bit uneasy and kept checking my email and bank account just to be sure everything was actually fine. In the end, it seemed normal enough, but I was definitely a little distrustful once the payment was done

"Everything showed up just like I ordered"
I ordered a few computer parts from sigma-computer.com, everything came exactly the way I picked it. Same models, same specs, nothing missing, and no random substitutions. With online orders these days, it feels like something is always wrong, so I was definitely checking the box a little nervously. But everything matched my order perfectly. Happy overall, and I’d order from them again.

"Pretty easy site to use"

"Delivery arrived sooner than expected"
I placed an order on Sigma Computer and, the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. I received updates throughout the process, which was reassuring, and the package arrived in good condition. No real complaints from my side — it was a smooth experience overall, and I’m just glad it didn’t drag on like it often does with some other shops. I’d be happy to order from them again...

"Warranty return was mostly fine tbh"
My mouse stopped working after a few months, which was kinda annoying ngl. I put in a warranty claim and it got accepted, then the return label showed up the next day. The refund took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was okay.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I felt like the prices were really fair for what you get, and it’s one of those places where you walk away thinking you didn’t overpay, which is always nice because everything feels expensive these days and it’s refreshing to find something that actually feels like a good value.
